How to thank a judge appropriately!!!!! Hi folks, I'm Jessie.  As you can see above I have learned the important things in life.  Always thank the Judge.  I learned early on that a kiss can buy you anything.  Well almost, it doesn't always get me out of trouble with mom (but it does with dad).

Jessie has had an exciting first summer.  She has smooched with the best of them.  Won hearts with her endearing face and non stop tail wagging. She used the first two show weekends to warm up and then decided it was time to show the world she wasn't just another pretty face.  She was very sweet, always stroking her little brother's (TJ) ego and ensuring he was always in the limelight.  But then in Kamloops she did take time to remind him that he shouldn't take anything for granted.  She took Best of Breed, Best of Winners, Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Group 1........ Look out folks cause this little girl wants more than just a Wink!!!!!!! after all she is her father's daughter.

Well here I am, almost grown up....  I turn one year old in a couple of days.  Right now I am in Portland, Oregan for my first US show....  Oh gee I'm nervous.....  All these big girls.... and I'm the only puppy in my class....  Oh my... the judge must like me cause he just gave me a ribbon....  Well indeed Jessie was correct...   the judge did like her, sort of..   Jessie took Reserve to a Five Point Major at the Rose City Poodle Specialty, from the Open Class.  Not bad for a babe less than a year old. Later that weekend Jessie was to get her first US Major and we celebrated.  No show photos were taken, but we did get some nice candid photos at ringside and in the ring.. As usual, Jessie's second mom, Teri Taplin is at the helm....
